Configuring Action Summary Field Settings
System Administrators can configure the Pastoral Management module so that the Action summary field draws from the Heading field when users add new notes with actions to pastoral management records.
HOW TO CHANGE THE ACTION SUMMARY FIELD SETTINGS

Go to Setup > Pastoral Management > Pastoral Settings.
The Pastoral Settings Detail screen appears.

Click Edit.
The Pastoral Settings Edit screen appears.
- To make the Action summary field duplicate the Heading field content in a new pastoral management note, tick the Default Action Summary from Note Heading check box. (This check box is unticked by default.)

Click Save.
The Pastoral Settings Detail screen reappears and the Action Summary field shows the same content as the Heading field when users add new notes with actions to pastoral management records.
